We Make Laser-Machined Tubular Components

Stainless steel tube manufactured with a fiber laser.

Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, Sublime Laser machines precise tubular components for medical devices. We utilize femtosecond or fiber lasers for machining tubes made from materials such as nitinol, stainless steel, precious metals, etc. Femtosecond lasers vaporize the material to create exact dimensioned parts and almost no heat affected zone (HAZ) typically for nitinol material and small diameter / thin wall tubes. We utilize fiber lasers to melt the material to quickly and accurately to produce parts commonly from stainless steel material and larger diameter / thicker wall tubes. We complete the process by cleaning all of our post laser machined components, removing unwanted processing materials.
