Our Lasers

We utilize femtosecond or fiber lasers for machining tubes made from materials such as nitinol, stainless steel, precious metals, & more.

Femtosecond Laser Specs

Our Femtosecond lasers vaporize the material to create exact dimensioned parts and almost no heat affected zone (HAZ).

  • Femtosecond Laser

  • Tube

  • stainless steel, nitinol, precious metals, ceramic, glass & more

  • 0.008" to 0.313" in outside diameter

  • 0.0005" to 0.013"

  • up to 120" long

  • 12 to 50 microns depending on tube diameter / wall thickness

  • 10 microns and larger

Fiber Laser Specs

We utilize our fiber lasers to melt the material in order to quickly and accurately to produce parts.

  • Fiber Laser

  • Tube

  • stainless steel, nitinol, precious metals, & more

  • 0.008" to 0.500" in outside diameter

  • 0.003" to 0.040" depending on tube diameter

  • up to 120" long

  • 20 to 40 microns depending on tube diameter / wall thickness

  • 20 microns and larger
